The interaction scoring is based on the deal signals we can extract from the conversation, not generic sentiment. We look at things like: clarity of the decision process, strength of next steps (owner + date), presence of objections/risks, budget/timing constraints, stakeholder mentions, and whether commitments are concrete vs vague. Then we combine those into a structured score so reps can quickly see “strong signal” vs “looks good but weak process.”

@seif_amara First of all, I should mention that we do this primarily using AI. The insights we generate come from analyzing the customer’s questions, expectations, and needs during the meeting. We evaluate this based on the questions they ask, how they express their needs, and the progression across the entire sales process.
We also provide a sales closing probability, along with customer scoring and prioritization. In a short time, we can determine to a large extent whether a meeting is positively progressing toward closing the deal.
