This is seriously impressive. As someone who’s worked with closed platforms like Chatbase and Retell.AI, I get the frustration — especially when you want full control, smarter behavior, and real transparency.
Intervo nails it:
Open-source? Huge win. No vendor lock-in, no mystery logic.
Real phone call capability + custom training? That’s where most platforms fall short.
Simple prompt setup but with smart data ingestion from PDFs, URLs, etc.?
Honestly feels like the platform I wished existed when building assistants for support-heavy projects.
Massive kudos to the team — love the spirit, the practicality, and the openness. Can’t wait to see where Intervo goes next.
Congratulations 🎊 Intervo looks powerful, especially for teams looking to build conversational agents that actually do something with user input. I immediately thought about how this could plug into CRMs to auto-log calls, tag leads, or even route priority messages. If you're ever looking for someone to help map those CRM flows, clean up lead data, or support post-call follow-ups, I’d love to jump in .

The frustration story hits home! Most AI tools are either too expensive or too dumb. Love that you're solving your own problem. How's the voice quality compared to traditional phone systems? @manjunath_m1

Hey everyone,
Amarnath here, another maker on the Intervo team.
It's so incredible to see the story that @manjunath_m1 and @hakhil_nizeem l shared. I've been focused on the market research, case studies, and shaping the implementation lifecycle for our open-source version, so seeing this finally launch is a huge moment.
For me, the commitment to being open-source is the most important part of this. We're not just building a product; we're building a community and a platform that anyone can shape.
I'm here all day and genuinely excited to gather insights from each of you. Looking forward to all your questions and feedback!
Tried Intervo Today. I built a basic lead-qualifying voice flow, and it worked without much hassle. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be that smooth for an open-source tool.
It would be great to have a few ready made templates, though. Something simple to build from, especially for people who aren’t too technical.
Solid launch, something I’ll keep experimenting with. Congratulations @manjunath_m1

@arun_tamang Thank you Arun! That's on our list. We'll be creating some templates going forward, I think that would definitely more useful to get started!

@manjunath_m1 That sounds great, templates will be super helpful, especially for getting new users up and running faster. Just joined the Discord, looking forward to seeing how things evolve. Appreciate the update! :)

This opens a hell lot of use cases for me that I was always planning to build but did not wanted to build a whole base boilerplate end to end, I'm dying to give it a try as soon as I get some time
