Hey everyone,
After launching Intrascope and finishing Top 10 Product of the Day, we wanted to open a quick discussion.
The biggest takeaway for us wasn t the ranking, but the conversations. We talked to teams who are already using AI daily and are struggling with scattered tools, separate API keys, lost context, and costs growing without visibility.
That s exactly why we built Intrascope: a shared AI workspace where teams bring their own API keys, work with shared context and Manifests, and keep usage and costs predictable.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Vladimir, founder of Intrascope.app.
We built Intrascope to solve a problem inside our own team: too many AI tools, too many API keys, and no shared context across projects.
Intrascope gives teams one shared workspace where admins control providers and limits, and everyone works with AI in a simple chat with reusable Manifests and shared context.
There’s a free trial available, so anyone can explore it without commitment.
I’ll be here all day to answer questions, explain use cases, or hear your feedback.

One thing we noticed while building Intrascope is that most teams don’t actually need the strongest model for most tasks.
Curious how others here decide when to use premium models vs cheaper ones?
Hi @intrascopeai, great to learn about the App, it's pretty cool to have such a team-wide AI resource management tool. I wonder if we have any spec/ config for each member's token usage/ spend? Also, I wonder what are the best type of collaboration that's good in Intrascope. Would (vibe) coding be good to collaborate in Intrascope as well? Is there a detailed handbook for user manual for the app?
Intrascope.app
Hi@superbbob ,
Yes, admins can define usage rules and limits at the workspace level and control which models are available to the team. This gives clear visibility into overall spend and prevents unexpected usage spikes. Per-user fine-grained limits are something we’re actively working on based on early feedback.
Intrascope works best for collaborative, repeatable work where shared context matters. Things like marketing, content, research, planning, internal documentation, and client work are strong fits. For coding, especially exploratory or “vibe coding,” it can work well when teams want shared prompts, architectural context, and continuity across contributors, rather than isolated chats.
We’re currently preparing a more detailed user handbook and onboarding guides. In the meantime, we’re happy to walk teams through the setup and workflows directly and answer any questions here or via a demo.
Let us know what kind of team or use case you have in mind and we can be more specific.
@intrascopeai thanks for sharing the insights! I'm currently collaborating with several friends and trying to build an app via vibe coding, one pain point we have is syncing and fully understanding each others' codes since we leverage AI to complete most of them. It would be great that the progress/context of code development can be in better sync.
Intrascope.app
@superbbob That makes a lot of sense, that’s a very common pain point when multiple people rely on AI for coding.
You can definitely try Intrascope for this. There’s a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You just add your own API keys and start working. One thing to keep in mind is that active coding can consume a lot of tokens, so for heavy implementation work it can make sense to combine Intrascope with specialized coding agents or tools.
Where Intrascope really helps in setups like yours is the planning and alignment layer. Teams use it to brainstorm ideas, define architecture, agree on conventions, and keep shared context and decisions in one place before jumping into code. That way everyone understands the “why” and “how” before generating large chunks of code elsewhere.
Many teams pair it with tools like Cursor or similar for actual coding, while using Intrascope to keep the bigger picture and team context in sync.
Happy to answer any questions or help you think through a setup that fits your workflow.
One workspace, one bill, thats exactly what Is needed! Managing separate API keys for everyone was becoming a nightmare. Does it handle different models like GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 at the same time? Great job on the launch, Vladimir!
Intrascope.app
@kostfast Thanks, really appreciate it!
Yes, that’s exactly the idea. Intrascope supports using multiple models at the same time. Teams can work with OpenAI models (including GPT-4o / GPT-5 variants), Claude models, Gemini, DeepSeek, and xAI within the same workspace. Admins control which models are available and teams can switch between them depending on the task.
That way you’re not locked into a single provider and you can use stronger models only where it actually makes sense. Happy to explain how teams usually set this up in practice if you’re curious.

I had the pleasure of working on Intrascope as the UI/UX designer, and it was an incredibly enjoyable project from start to finish. We’re already using Intrascope internally within our team, and it has become a natural part of our workflow, which is always the best proof of a product’s value. 🚀

@nina_jovanovic1 Thank you, Nina 💜
Having you as our UI/UX designer made a huge difference, not just visually, but in how intuitive and natural the product feels to use every day.
The fact that we’re already using Intrascope internally as part of our real workflow is exactly the kind of validation we hoped for when building it. 🔥

I had the chance to work on Intrascope as a developer, and it was both a challenge and a pleasure from day one.
It was really a different experience knowing that I’m building something our own team will use daily — it adds a whole new layer of responsibility and motivation.
Seeing how naturally it became part of our internal workflow is the best confirmation that we built something truly useful.

Day 2 update:
We’re seeing teams come in today who actually want to test Intrascope in real workflows, not just upvote.
If you’re evaluating AI tools for a team setup, happy to answer any practical questions here. :)
