The AI chasing feature is honestly the best part. It follows up with clients automatically and keeps it friendly - I don’t have to stress about sending those awkward reminder emails anymore.
What needs improvement
Would be cool to have different follow-up styles to choose from? Like maybe playful for some clients, more strict for others. Just a thought.
