Yeah, there are quite a few alternatives out there, but in my case I've also been looking for something for listening. I got more and more into audiobooks lately, so I wanted a similar experience for articles. And from my testing, most read-it-later apps don't really prioritize the audio experience, it's mostly just regular text-to-speech, so you're inevitably missing a lot of context that wasn't translated

@hanghuang Katalog blew me away the moment I tried it because you can ask questions while the narration runs turning articles into a back and forth. I actually remember more after listening this way 🎧

Before that, I was thinking of potentially making an integration with podcast applications, so you could still listen to your saved articles on the go before the app is released.
But one huge benefit of having a dedicated Katalog app is that you would also be able to talk back while you're listening. For example, imagine being on the go, listening to an article and then tapping your AirPods to ask a quick question – the agent responds and you continue listening to the narration. That's the experience I'm aiming for.
