@jonurbonas What typically happens is that companies realize they needed to register months ago because they aren't checking in every state or country in realtime.
So after they notice they already have fines and penalties, and it's too late to collect the tax from their customers.
The sooner you register after meeting "nexus" the sooner you can start collecting tax at time of sale so it doesn't come out of thier pocket.
