The numbers show a huge variance. One says 100k and another says 220k + 500k equity. The numbers do not seem to be accurate or true. And, one's salary varies by industry, startup or major corp, with or without equity, and (in the modern world) line of business.

I think this is a great initiative. Most often, especially fresh graduates find themselves at interviews and don't know how much the role they are being given pays. They end up being underpaid or cheated. This fills a huge industry gap. I suggest for countries which pay hourly, the hourly rate should be indicated. Great job
