Forms are genuinely broken for anything more than 5 fields - completion rates drop hard and most people just abandon. The conversational angle makes sense for that.
The dynamic guidance piece is what I want to dig into. Traditional conditional logic forms become a nightmare to maintain once you have 3+ branches. Is that handled through an LLM deciding the next question based on context, or do you define the flow explicitly?
