Definitely, that's what we're aiming for. :)
1. You can use the assistant's knowledge base to specify whatever behavior you'd like the assistant to have, as well as at the capability-level under 'instruction'. Lots of work still though, mainly in supporting more LLMs (it currently runs on GPT 4o), voices, etc...
2. For sure! We aim to help SMBs with everything related to comms, so SMS, emails, DM channels, and even snail mail 💪
