Storing every interaction as continuous context rather than disconnected records is the design call I haven't seen anyone else commit to — that's where the long-term moat actually sits vs the field-fitting CRMs. How are you keeping query latency manageable as that timeline scales: semantic chunking + retrieval, or full-context queries with a smart cache?
