An agentic content chief of staff for creators. Give it any long video and it 1/ cuts branded clips, 2/ rewrites it into posts & articles in your voice, 3/ posts to your channels, and soon 4/ matches you with paying brands. One video in, a week out.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Alon, founder of Lucidream.
For the last few months I've talked to over 200 creators and podcasters, and the same sentence kept coming up — one of them, who's content millions are watching every week, put it bluntly: "I do not want to be building and doing content distribution. I have zero interest. I want to create!"
They didn't want another tool. Every creator I met was already orchestrating four to eight tools that don't talk to each other — clipping here, captioning there, scheduling somewhere else, chasing brand deals over email — and losing ~20 hours a week stitching it together.
So we built Lucidream: as one user told me: "it's like the content chief of staff creators couldn't afford to hire." You give it one podcast or long video and tell it what you want, in plain language. It finds the best moments, cuts vertical clips, writes the captions and posts, distributes across your channels, and soon matches your content with brands that'll pay for it. The whole create → distribute → monetize loop, from a single chat. Think Shopify for content.
It already saved one founder ~$4,000/month they were spending on an off-shore video editor — just for the clips.
We're a tiny team and this is our first day out in the open, so I'm in the comments all day. I'd genuinely love your honest feedback — what's missing, what you'd want it to do for your show, where it'd fit (or not) in your workflow. Try it at lucidream.io and tell me what breaks.
Ask me anything 🙏

@spice_podcasts I am a small educational content creator and your solution is really helpful in ripping it down into key clips and now I can even monitise the clips!? (not tried that yet, but will once I have the bulk up). Well done to you and your team.

@thekidsprinkles Thank you so much! Now we start improving the agent and making sure creators can create, distribute and monetize from a single chat. Thanks for all the support along the way Jimmy!

I wanted to try the platform by uploading a 4-hour podcast found it in the youtube. The processing took around 15 minutes, and I was happy with the results. The transcripts were accurate, and I liked that the platform asked about my preferences, audience, and content style before generating clips. The selected clips were relevant and made it easy to find key moments from a long podcast. Overall, it was a smooth experience and a good way to quickly extract highlights from lengthy content.

@spice_podcasts Creators spend too much time repurposing content-this looks like a huge time saver.

@thebrianegan Thank you Brian! Would love to get your feedback. The world is moving into the solo-creator economy, and I hope Lucid will be the engine that powers it.
The interface and colour scheme is awesome. Lucidream is going to be everyday content engine

@subhrajbasu thank you 🙏 that genuinely means a lot — I went back and forth forever on the color scheme, I didn't want it to just look like everything else out there. And "everyday content engine" is exactly the goal: the thing you open every time you make something, not one more tab you forget about. what kind of content do you make? i'd love to see what it does with one of your episodes.
