I highly recommend Mailbutler. I use it everyday. My work life would not be as happy without it.

Pros:

It allows you to schedule emails. You to write an email when you can buti mail it when it is appropriate. You can plan you day better.

Cons:

The follow up feature is difficult to use.

Deep Work Stats

Templates are great, but the Send button rarely works when using templates and quite a few other bugs. In order to get templates to send I usually have to refresh the entire page. Also, I love the placement Boomerang uses to set a followup, the setup to do the same on this one is very confusing. The signatures are not as nice as WiseStamp too.

Pros:

Great ideas on features, they just don't always work. I really want to love this product as it has a lot of what I need but it needs work.

Cons:

Pretty buggy...

Makes using the Mail app for business worthwhile. I love the tracking feature as well as the amazing signatures. When you use competing apps, there's a downside of labels, mail organization, and others. For Mailbutter, we can continue using our 'traditional' app but get the additional functionality that is very useful from a business perspective. I highly recommend it.

We’re a big fan of the new Gmail, but it still lacks features that can effectively fit email back to our modern work routine again. We also failed to find an existing extension that: 1) is versatile for both team and single use, be that for personal and/or work emails; 2) provides not only single features like tracking, or scheduling - but everything; 3) doesn't clog up the Gmail interface. ... And so, we did that 😄 Features such as scheduling, follow-up’s, templates, notes & tasks - especially when paired with our integrations - are designed to increase the flexibility and efficiency of Gmail, keeping your workflow as streamlined and organized as possible.
