Early users praise Marblism for simplifying founder workloads and accelerating execution, calling it intuitive, fast to set up, and a strong time-saver for startups and small teams. Reviewers highlight smooth onboarding and useful automation across inbox, social, lead gen, SEO, calls, and support, helping them focus on growth. Enthusiasm is high, though one notes an interactive demo occasionally stalls. Overall sentiment: promising efficiency gains and a polished experience, with anticipation to validate real-world impact after longer use and broader testing.

👋 Hi everyone, Ulric here, founder of Marblism.
A few years ago, I scaled a company to 65 employees and $5M in revenue… but I was working 100-hour weeks, constantly putting out fires.
What changed my life was hiring virtual assistants: an executive assistant who saved me hours every day, a LinkedIn ghostwriter who drove hundreds of inbound leads, and an SEO expert who filled our funnel with organic traffic.
That experience inspired Marblism.
I asked myself: what if every entrepreneur could access that kind of leverage, without paying $2k/month per role.
Today, we’ve replicated those assistants as AI Employees you can hire instantly: an Executive Assistant, a Social Media Manager, a Sales Associate, and more.
We’d love your feedback as we keep building.
👉 What AI Employee do you wish you had next?
Thanks for checking us out, and excited to hear your thoughts! 🙏
P.S: What do you think of our launch video? When I was 18, I used to love motivational talks so I tried to make one 😀
@ulric_musset1 This is brilliant! The idea of instantly hiring AI employees is a real game-changer for entrepreneurs. I’d love to see an AI HR/People Ops assistant next, handling compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement. Though it's challenging but it would be so much fun working with an AI coworker in HR.

@priyanka_manjariya that's a good idea! Like someone to help with hiring

@ulric_musset1 congrats on the launch !! Great product

@cheerst thanks Tuneer!

@ulric_musset1 congrats on the launch! I was an OG user of the old Marblism, glad you kept the name and wishing success with the launch.
Marblism
@angus_mac oh! OG. Indeed code generation didn't work for us but hopefully this one will :) thanks for being an early supporter
@ulric_musset1 Perfect timing for the AI era - love how this tackles the real pain of entrepreneurs juggling every role while making expert-level help actually affordable!

@ulric_musset1 how do you make sure the ai employees don’t give generic responses but actually match a company’s tone and style? btw nice branding
Marblism
@mohsinproduct thanks Moshin! It depends on the employee. For example Sonny for social media, we're gonna fine tune the model based on the last 100 posts on your instagram/facebook/linkedin. Eva,the exec assistant, same thing but for email we'll analyze the last 100 emails you sent to get the tone right.

What do you actually need to manage AI employees? I believe they produce low-quality non-creative work and need constant review process, at least initially. How is this managed in your product?
Marblism
@nikitaeverywhere We ensure they produce only high quality work as they learn your business!
Big congrats on the launch, Ulric! 🙌
Love how this was born from your own struggles (it really shows in the product). The idea of AI employees that get things done without constant input is refreshing.
Quick question: How do you see these AI employees evolving in terms of decision-making? Will they eventually be able to make small judgment calls on their own, like a real assistant would?
Marblism
@kritarthmittal thanks Kritarth! Yes that will be the goal, once connected to your financials, that they optimised themselves to drive growth

One of the challenges that I've experienced with AI writing blog content is that after awhile, it starts to all look the same. Are there ways to tweak the AI's writing style?
Marblism
@lienchueh have you tried Marblism? We developed our own system to make it sound very human
This is wild — AI employees that don’t ghost you or take leaves? Where were you when I was drowning in my inbox last year 😅 Big congrats, Ulric! 10/10 love the vision.
Do you see a future where founders could build a fully AI-powered company, with zero human hires at the start? If so, how far away is that future really?
Marblism
@richa_chordia thanks Richa! No not really the goal, the goal is to provide AI Employees to scale your business so you can start hiring humans:)
This is super cool, @ulric_musset1👏 Love the idea of instantly accessible AI employees, it really lowers the barrier to scaling efficiently.
How do you handle task handoff and accountability between multiple AI Employees, especially when one’s output depends on another’s work?
Marblism
@lina_huchok thanks Lina, good question! They communicate with each other to accomplish the overall task/goal

Hey PH fam 👋
I'm absolutely pumped to bring Marblism to the global startup community today! 🚀
As someone who's watched countless founders (including myself in the past) burn out trying to do EVERYTHING themselves, this hit different.
Here's the brutal truth: Most entrepreneurs are stuck in the "I'll just do it myself" trap.
You're answering emails at midnight, writing LinkedIn posts during lunch, and somehow supposed to be the CEO, CMO, and support team all at once.
Marblism changes the game entirely.
Instead of hiring expensive VAs for $2k+/month per role (that most early-stage founders can't afford), you get an entire AI workforce ready to execute from day one.
What blew me away during my demo:
→ The Executive Assistant actually understands context and priority
→ Social Media Manager creates content that doesn't sound like a robot wrote it
→ Lead generation runs 24/7 without you babysitting it
→ Everything integrates seamlessly with your existing workflow
This isn't just another AI tool that sits there waiting for prompts. These are AI Employees that proactively manage your business operations.
The numbers speak for themselves:
11,823 businesses have already onboarded, with 92% customer satisfaction and users saving 10+ hours per week. That's serious traction! 📈
Built by @ulric_musset1 and the team at this Y Combinator startup who've been there – scaling a company to $5M revenue and knows exactly what founders need to break through growth bottlenecks 💪
The Marblism team is here all day, so drop your questions below! Especially curious what AI Employee you'd want them to build next 🤔
Check it out and let me know what you think! ⬇️
