Mindmesh is the workspace that puts you in control. Centralize work, notes, todos, and meetings. Jump back in in an instant. Focus on what you should be doing, right now.
Hello Product People,
Great to meet y'all 🤗 and thanks to @mwseibel and @ycombinator for the Hunt!
After 3 months in closed beta and hundreds of user interviews, we are excited to share Mindmesh with you and hear what you think ;))
Mindmesh was born out of the pain of dealing with too many meetings, conversations, scattered notes and todos, giving a hard time staying on top and focusing on a plan.
We use it everyday for work (and so do our beta users) and find it awesome to get back in control and get stuff done 💪.
**How we got here**
- 👩🏾🔬 Lots of user research - We spoke w/ over 300 product people to understand what blocks their productivity and what are their best practices.
- 😰 Observing recurring frictions - People are flooded with Slack notifications, jump across disconnected meetings and tools and often drop everything to firefight a P0. The cost of context switching is high. Decisions get stuck in countless docs and work sleeps through the crack.
- ⌛️Finding manual & time consuming solutions - Blocking time in calendar to focus. Franticly taking notes and aggregating them when you have a moment to save your thoughts. Pasting link and conversations in your notes to support ideation. Bucketing email and Slack at night to minimise interruptions. Preparing meetings in advance to survive busy days.
**Mindmesh**
We are crafting a workspace to tie all the dots together into a new virtual desk:
- 👩🔧 Mindmesh unifies all the work you’re doing: note taking, todos, calendar events and work from all your tools: Slack, Drive, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Trello, Shortcut, Linear, Figma, Miro, Github, Gmail, ... really anything you can think of.
- 📝 Mindmesh replaces your current note-taking and todo-list tools - Long time users of Apple Notes, Evernote, Todoist, Trello, Google Docs, Notion... are our most loving beta users.
- 🙋 Mindmesh is focused on you - we optimise your individual flows, regardless of what your colleagues are using.
- 🦸🏼 Mindmesh has your back - context switch w/ confidence, do not lose track of work, no more firefighting.
- 🍳 Mindmesh is easy to set up - Get started in a minute, start working right away.
- 🔒 Mindmesh cares about security - we are SOC 2 - Type II 🔐 certified and Google verified for Sensitive OAuth scopes

Seems you provide nice opportunities for the integration with 3rd parties, don't you? Looks really attractive, upvoted!
@je_suis_yaroslav Thanks Yaroslav ! Yes, our Chrome extension integrates with pretty much anything you can think of work-wise, and we add new integrations super quickly whenever they're asked for :) Not to mention we have strong two-way integrations with Google Calendar and Slack, where most of the work happens.
Sounds like just what I've been looking for. Joined the waitlist and excited to try it out. Is it presently available as a web app only, or have you considered a desktop app version also?
@analyticsraj Excited to have your try! A desktop app is on its way - for now we have a chrome desktop app to let you dock access to MM next to your favorite apps ;))

As a person who hates switching between a multitude of tabs, this sounds awesome!
Following some questions that I have @ulysse_mizrahi :
* How do you connect to all the providers? Do all of them offer APIs?
* Is there data fetched and processed by your servers or does it all happen on the client side, talking about data privacy?
@alexander_eble
Hi Alex! Good questions :)
- Our Calendar and Slack integrations use OAuth to access the respective APIs. Data is indeed processed by our servers.
- All other integrations, for now, do not process data on the server beyond the document title and link. Wherever we can (Drive, Figma, Miro ...), we automatically embed the document into the clipped card - but no contents flow through our servers. We plan on extending some of these integrations with OAuth-based apps, which are in the works - this will allow two-way sync and automation especially for Task managers (Jira, Asana, Shortcut, Linear ...)
and last but not least:
- We are already SOC2 Type II certified and are building Mindmesh with security and privacy baked into our practices.
I have so much tools in my stack and so many projects to deal with, at some point I needed more focus without losing any info. I have tested a lot of routines, tools and tried some automations.
Mindmesh goes beyond that and helped me achieve the #1 goal I had: productivity with peace of mind in bonus.
Go Mindmesh!
