I use it for about a year. To this day my experience was positive. Hopefully this won't change :)
Pros:
Stable miner with good performance and support for 10 currencies
Cons:
Not open source
Report
I can recommend this miner. If you are going to start mining -- it doesn't matter if you're going to use a laptop, smartphone or a mining farm -- MinerGate can satisfy your demands. This pool has many currencies, so you can choose what you like.
Pros:
It can be set on the most of the devices. It doesn't require too much knowledge to start mining crytpocurrencies. Withdrawals are free.
Cons:
Sometimes the info on the dashboard updates with a delay. That's annoying.

Switch to minergate from obsolete pool. My ASICs seem to be running a lot more efficiently on this pool.
Pros:
not found
Cons:
interface.

MinerGate has some work to do but definitely this company is much better than the most of its' competitors.
Pros:
Obviously customer-focused design is pleasing. Mining is encouraged with the regular rewards. Legit cloud mining and pool options.
Cons:
The set of supported coins has a lot of useless coins which should be replaced by more valuable ones. I'm not the only one who thinks so.

This service is secure. The better hardware you use, the more coins you get. Or you can use a cloud mining option (you rent hashrate for mining of BTC or XMR). I use MinerGate quite a long time and everything's OK and the time shows that MinerGate is a legit company.
Pros:
MG supports very nice coins like BTC, LTC, ETH, XMR and some other. Multiple GPU/CPU mining is supported, GUI is very comfortable
Cons:
You can't choose a wallet for withdrawals. The only supported wallet is Freewallet.

The MinerGate application is working well. I've tried to used different miners on the MinerGate pool and had different results. I think that the pool is good for the MinerGate app and the Claymore miner.
Pros:
The miner is comfortable and stable. I get good payouts of Monero.
Cons:
MinerGate asked people on Twitter about the currencies the company should add and to this day MinerGate hasn't added any of these currencies
Report
Despite the shortcomings, the pool and the miner are amazing. I recommend it if you are going to mine ETH, XMR, ZEC, BTG, ETC, BCN or some other currencies.
Pros:
Rich choice of supported cryptocurrencies, many options for any kind of mining purposes, creative design, no withdrawal fees, good payouts
Cons:
Sometimes the website doesn't show the actual balance so you have to wait or contact the support and ask them to fix it
