L'écologie des produits de Noty est incroyable et le guidage de l'interface est très confortable. J'ai eu quelques réunions avec les membres de mon équipe et j'ai généré des procès-verbaux de réunion avec noty. Je dois dire que son support français semble être meilleur que chatgpt. Dans l'attente de la prochaine mise à jour. Les principales raisons de mes trois notes sont les frais et le support des logiciels de conférence limités.

[UPDATE] After 15 days and negative reviews on trust platforms, they decided to delete my account. Even though my review is still the same: I do not recommend it. AND THEY STILL WANT TO BLAME A FAIR REVIEW BY SAYING THAT I HAVE OTHER INTERESTS. DATA PRIVACY HERE? FORGET IT! Almost two weeks and no account deletion at all! And counting... The tool not only hides the option to delete an account, but the Customer Support is trained to retain you, burning time and energy until they are forgotten by you and your data is still there. It's quite hard to trust a company whose technical support prefers deferring the Right To Be Forgotten, and after days went by, no action was taken. Yet, this company once had access to my corporate calendar and was listening to all conversations. For an AI-powered tool, it's alarming that the company uses the strategy to make it more difficult to remove data from clients, especially when such a tool has access to the list of users and their calendars and listens to absolutely all conversations. The minimum to say is "avoid it", and the privacy alert is "do not connect your calendar to Noty.ai, EVER".

***THIS PRODUCT IS NOT READY FOR MARKET DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY*** I purchased 9 business seats for my team in mid October, from the beginning the very basic features (summaries of meetings) did not work, the email summaries we were receiving which were one to two sentence summaries for hour long meetings kept asking us to upgrade our service when we upgraded from the beginning, I first reached out in early November to the support team because I thought it might be user error, then it took them more than a full week to get back to me. Now, almost 2 months later and I'm in discussion with the Natalie Marina, founder and CEO at Noty.ai and they refuse to refund for the service that is still not working. *** I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH USE A DIFFERENT AI NOTE TAKING SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED***
