It’s sad because I didn’t actually get the opportunity to try the product. I ordered 2 boxes, which arrived warm, had a bad experience with customer service(and was told my replacement was on the way when it was not) and after over a month, asked for a refund. I was offered a 10% discount code to use on my next purchase...and right after that I received a promotional email about the product being 15% off for Fourth of July. Overall, I wouldn’t attempt to deal with the company a second time.

Wouldn’t know how it tastes because it still hasn’t arrive. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping, which turned into 5-6 day shipping, which now has turned into almost 2 weeks and the nuggets still haven’t shipped. Half the reason I paid $30 was because I thought it would be here in 2 days. The emails I’ve received are automated emails so they keep giving me vague timelines that I’m pretty sure they send to everyone because they’re having issues with shipping. At this point, I would not recommend.

I haven't gotten my NUGGS yet, but you have some fulfillment and communications issues to work out (which if you are overwhelmed by your product launch is the good kind of teething problem to have). None of this is probably feedback you haven’t heard, but I’ve always considered all feedback to be helpful, so here you go:  You sell free 2 day shipping. I ordered on 7/10 and got a notice that you were preparing my order for shipment. The next communication I got was 6 days later saying my order was being shipped, but without any tracking number or even delivery date, only the ability to sign up for text alerts. Given that it's a frozen product and it's 95 degrees out, I'd like to be able to figure out when it's going to be delivered. A little better communication on all of this would be helpful: tell me you are slammed and it may take a few days to ship my order, give me the ability to look up order status, send me a tracking number when it ships and when it's out for delivery.   I'm excited to try your product and as the co-founder of a frozen food company (not competitive) I'm quite interested in this D2C option as well as your packaging design :)

Taste and texture are awful. I don’t know how they are proud of what they’re putting out to the market. It’s not edible. Seems all fb reviews are fake too.

I really like them! The package came quickly. They were packed well and frozen upon arrival. I hope these end up in the grocery store some day so that they’re easy to purchase with other groceries. I also saw some of the other reviews about the inside being mushy. Mine were similar to chicken nuggets at McD’s in texture, and not mushy. Maybe they did not cook well enough or something. I am very happy I tried them. 🌱

Not having plastic in it. I went to take a bit of the nugget and it wouldn’t stop being chewy so I looked and it was a chunk of black plastic. I went to customer service and they didn’t say anything about it. No apologies or anything

I ordered these April 19th, got an email on the 22nd that they were on their way and a tracking number. Reached out on the 29th asking what's up and they said they would ship in the next 2-3 days. They still haven't shipped and it's May 8th. starting to feel like scam... guess that's what I get for ordering from a Facebook ad.
