Breading is delicious and crunchy. They smell amazing. Texture is good, but you *must* cook it well enough or it will be weird and pasty. Flavor inside is meh because it is lacking umami, but I did send them some suggestions that they seemed receptive to, so I have high hopes for the next release. They don't really do well currently as a stand alone nugget, but they are very tasty if treated like boneless wings. The tastes stands out when they are covered in sweet BBQ sauce and does taste more like chicken that way.

Very unsafe packaging. They don't provide instructions for safe disposal of dry ice. On top of that, i was hoping for something that tastes like wendy's, but instead got something that tastes like fish sticks. Do not buy.

The customer service at Nuggs is amazing. I accidentally misaddressed an order that I placed online and within minutes of emailing the company, I received a reply and my order was corrected without any issues. My shipment also arrived within two days of placing the order. 10/10 service. The product itself was good. Satisfied my nugget craving but did not knock my socks off.

Your IG PR is disrespectful. I won’t be purchasing anything after the comment they left on IG. I added a comment about the 400 mg sodium content and your PR had the nerve to comment “ go drink water”. Unprofessional!!!!!!

if they allowed their customers to leave reviews on their website that would make the product better IMO. I had an awful experience with these and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, vegan or not. I've seen this practice used before, it comes off like they control what reviews get posted on their website AKA they only trickle in the good reviews and a few not so good ones here and there. Super concerning, I'm personally trying to return mine.

Product arrived warm (72F), not sure if this is even safe to eat. During summer heat, dry ice will not endure - 48+ hours shipping time from Kansas City to Chicago. Recommend refrigerated shipping instead.

The guminess texture after baking these perfectly shaped nuggs was a big disappointment and if that can be changed, I would definitely try the product again. The purchase of 80 Nuggs after the big advertisement just didn't hit home for me at all. The solid thing I liked the most about the Nuggs is that the coating had a promising crunch that was superb to all of the other simulation nuggets I've tried. I tried letting the Nuggs cool off for a long period of time to give them a fair shot at redemption but it was just a no go. Sorry guys, I wouldn't make a purchase again because I expect that the product is going to taste similar to a chicken nugget and that's absolutely not the case here because I can purchase gum at just about any corner store for 35 cent.
