The core issue: SaaS products lose most signups before users ever reach their "aha moment." No visibility into where they drop off. No system to follow up. What I built to fix it: 🔧 For developers → npm install onboardflow → Two function calls to integrate → Dashboard shows your funnel breakdown per step → Drip emails auto-send when users go quiet → Send Nudge button to manually re-engage stuck users 📋 For small businesses (no code) → Email list management → Contact campaigns → Drip sequences from the dashboard It's an MVP. The core loop works end to end — tested with real emails hitting real inboxes. I built everything alone — the SDK on npm, the multi-tenant backend, the dashboard, the cron system. At some point we have all sent cold mails and outreaches be it for jobs, hiring or simple advertisement and user onboarding. Have you felt the need for a tool to manage it all and provide analytics at one place at a price much lower than what other CRM tools offer?
If the problem is real, what features would you want to see in any such product built to solve this issue?
