Give your AI agents an identity through email
300 followers
Your agents sign up for tools, receive verification codes and reply to customers, mostly from your Gmail or a shared sending pool where one bad actor gets everyone flagged. OpenMail gives every AI agent its own inbox on your domain with its own sending reputation, for one API call each. Incoming mail reaches your code over webhook or WebSocket, attachments arrive as text, and there's a hosted MCP server and a Hermes plugin. Built and hosted in the EU, free for 3 inboxes.

Email identity for AI agents is a smart unlock - it creates a real communication channel that feels less ephemeral than chats. The "show, don't tell" positioning is great positioning. Curious about deliverability rates - how do you handle ISP reputation for programmatic senders?
@omri_ben_shoham1 Good question, and this is to be frank the most important question to all of the other agentic email providers.
I guess what you mean here is ESP (email service providers), that also checks for reputations of other mail providers so they keep sending mail to each other. First, we have tight rate, cold send limits, so it doesn't look like abuse at first, then we make sure you warm up your inbox with letting you to send more and more new recipients each day, third - we make sure your messages are spread out so it looks more human-way of sending email compared to just sending 200 emails at once.
Every person in our CRM got a dated "don't contact" field last month, and our agents check it before they write to anyone. If someone replies "stop" to one agent's inbox, does OpenMail flag that address for the other agents too, or is that up to us?
@julien_zammit It's on to you to add unsubscribe header param, we have it implemented, so instead of writing STOP, you can just unsubscribe.
Congrats on the launch! The year you spent on isolation and abuse containment probably won’t show up in a demo, but it’s what will make teams trust this in production. Good luck today.
@evaldasb Yup, some of our clients that run AI agent platforms defo felt the pain before switching to us. You have to have a burning house to finally purchase that insurance! :D
