Billing / metering is really complicated. If we weren't using Autumn, I feel like I would be spending more time thinking about Billing than almost anything else.
We've been using them since April and they've made so many improvements since then.
It also was totally free as we were getting the company off the ground.

I'm a big fan of Context and their team.
We use them in OpenSEO's audit to render javascript for websites. We initially try to use Cloudflare's feature because it's slightly cheaper, but then fallback to Context whenever that fails.

We use them for everything except our database. There's no need for additional dev tools. Everything normal stuff like blob storage + kv store is handled, but they also have a comprehensive suite of advanced primitives for agents between Durable Objects, Sandboxes and Workflows.
You can also just look at our open source code and see how we do it. Highly recommend!
