¡Amazing! I think Ourspace can be really useful also for me. I work independently but at times I feel overwhelmed because I don’t have clear the roles or ownership areas of the companies I work for, so maybe this could be useful for externals, too!

@andrea_agudelo_guzman That's really interesting! I feel that I saw something similar happening when I worked at an organization that was around 400+ people and hired many externals. For some time, I was one of the contact points between external designers and our internal UX team, and even if they were part of our ecosystem and had access to some tools like Slack or Figma, I saw that they often didn't have a proper onboarding or the right permissions to certain platforms in order to understand who to reach out for certain topics, or where to find certain information, and as their time was more limited, this was especially painful. So I could imagine this being helpful in that context as well!

I love the Journey feature, feels like an easy way to have a sense of what someone has done. Can also be a pretty cool way to showoff how battle-tested you are haha.
The team directory also feels like a great way of ditching the team confluence page that never gets updated.
@andre_filipe_barro Thank you for the support 🙌 We 100% agree, confluence pages become stale and difficult to navigate, especially when every team has a different format. We're hoping that our team overview page can act as a single source of truth about the people, product and plans for any given team in the org.
