@loudijk I can't wait for us to get out there — we definitely already have listings in both cities although we haven't officially launched there. I want to make sure we're able to provide an experience that is really great — and we don't have the density there just yet, but we will definitely get there.
@alicelthwaite you should absolutely download the app and list your place — we do have a handful of hosts in London although we haven't officially launched.
I got stuck in Denver airport recently and all the hotel rooms were sold out in the surrounding area. In desperation I thought, there must be an app for last minute AirBnb or something. Lo and behold there is Overnight! Unfortunately, I couldn't find a host in Denver but I was very impressed by the support chat feature in the app. When I cancelled my request to find a host, one of the reps immediately messaged me saying they're sorry but Denver hosts were also swamped that night.
Although I didn't get a chance to use it yet, I'll definitely be keeping it installed. I can definitely see it's usefulness and I'm glad someone put the effort in to build out this idea!

Love this app, it takes the pressure off of travel. The idea that I have to know everything before I get somewhere was always so annoying, I feel like I can be free to move around and explore in the way I have always wanted to without worrying about a place to stay. I love the affordable price model. In terms of design, this app is super beautiful, light and intuitive. The community that is growing from this app is one I feel right at home in... thank you, Overnight team, for building this product. #exploremore2016

I used it in LA. I was disappointed that I couldn't actually book a room. But to no fault of the app. The demand was high where I was (K-town!)
Hey @ekaterina_kharitonova Glad you asked! In short: community, speed, price and privacy. Opening Overnight shows you listings right where you are, and for tonight. Everything is distilled to a simple design made for last-minute bookings. Every decision made when building and designing this app was made with respect to quick bookings for tonight.
Hosting on Overnight is different
It's an entirely different framework vs other rental platforms, we do not have calendars to manage — it's all designed to be light-weight for last-minute hosting. Decide today if you want to make money tonight, or for the next few nights (we've added multi-night bookings).
If your privacy is important to you we have great options for that including hosting privately ... Here's what that looks like:

@asher_hunt , thanks for answer! Btw it is strange, that you don't have link on your app on main page. Also, I found that there are buttons "home/blog/mission/page" on the top of the page only by accident! It is white on white.
Is sharing a pledge obligatory to continue to use your app?
Is it only for iOS? :(
@ekaterina_kharitonova Heh - I meant to remove those links on that page :) clicking the link (on mobile) should take you to download, and entering your email should send you a link ... Did it not work?
