Paso is a new way of thinking about progress. We believe that great things take time, and that steady, long-term progress beats constant rush. It’s built for long-term or continuous projects like life, business, or a side project. Instead of boards or endless lists, everything lives on a single, continuous timeline where projects evolve over weeks and months without creating clutter. Each project has a draft space for unstructured ideas and a timeline for concrete actions.

Congrats on the launch — this looks like exactly the kind of tool I've been yearning for! I found that with all the personal productivity tools, the main thing that matters is if they match your mental model of how you work.
The delination between tasks and notes, leaving them in separate tools always felt weird to me. And the need to start from structure, like some note taking or knowledge management tools also never felt natural — I found time to be the best organizer of notes.
I've only just downloaded the Mac app, but it got my M1 Pro trying to lift off with the fans going full speed. Have you experienced that? I will start with Android app, but so excited to try it out.
@lukaszsagol Thanks! We think very similarly about organizing work. I think Paso might actually fit your mental model really well.
Regarding performance on Mac: we haven’t seen issues like that so far. On my M2 Pro everything runs smoothly, but I’d really like to dig into this. If you’re up for it, could you send some details to maciejbrzezinskibm@gmail.com? We can continue the investigation there.
And thanks a lot for trying Paso 🙌
Congrats on the launch! I absolutely love the style it feels so clean and focused, exactly what I need. The continuous timeline vibe reminds me of a social media feed but for getting things done, which is a really cool concept.
Two quick questions:
Do you have an iOS app on the roadmap?
Are there plans for any custom gamification or simple analytics (like a 'tasks completed' counter or progress bar)? I feel like seeing visual proof of how much I've already accomplished would be a great motivator to keep going! Best of luck today!
Hi @marina_shcherbakova, thank you so much for the kind words.
The iOS app is already live on the App Store - you can find it here: https://apps.apple.com/pl/app/paso-timeline-planner/id6751645532. There’s also a macOS version available if you're in the Apple ecosystem.
Regarding progress tracking - we currently have a calendar view that works like a heatmap: the more you complete in a day, the more intense the green becomes. It gives a subtle visual signal of momentum over time.
That said, you’re absolutely right - making progress more explicit (like counters or lightweight analytics) is something worth exploring. Paso is intentionally minimal, but clear proof of progress can be very motivating. Really appreciate you pointing that out.
