I'm confused why Canada needs a new way to pay bills? It's pretty easy to pay bills in canada by credit card, or by direct bank transfer. Is bill paying particularly difficult in india?

I tried to check out the service, and I found the interface to be an absolute mess. I gave up after browsing the homepage and trying to search for a very popular bill to pay, in this case my electricity bill.
This has to be the easiest way to pay. I have been experimenting with living completely without cash for last one month and have had very few problems thanks to PayTM!
I used Paytm a couple of times and the User experience is not very smooth, I mean.. its clearly not a native app (iOS or Android).
I still don't get y people don't build native apps when there is a clear difference (At least to me :p)
