It's super cool to see this come to reality. When my friend @neelb told me he was working on a cool project, I thought ahh another startup just like everyone else in silicon valley, but this is legit. The service this provides is going to be game changing for many industries and will catalyze a new wave of companies allowing them to compete. I can't wait to use it personally for my current job and any future ideas I work on.
What a fantastic team! I've been super excited about this product launch for months! It's going to make KYC flows so easy! I can't wait to start using this on my side projects! SPAC-o-c'lock!
@neelb, nice work!
Epic product! The identity layer needs to be reworked and this is the group to do it. Shoutout to @neelb and the entire Persona team, big things ahead.
Amazing product! Can solve lots of creators’ pain. Also love the positive impact of helping businesses (and their customers) operate in safer, more trusted environments.
Congrats on the launch and always great to see fellow Trojans crushing it! Couldn't be better timing given how many of our day to day interactions have moved online and I'm really impressed by how quickly you can verify users compared to what's currently in market.
I'm also curious if you've been able to pickup on bad actors' behavioral patterns and noticed any trends across the different use cases that you're empowering
Look forward to trying it out!
@sahilkhosla14 Fight on!
There’s an incredibly long tail of fraud, with lots of edge cases. In fact, beyond just verifying the provided identity information and understanding how bad actors most commonly digitally manipulate a photo of an ID or selfie, we also collect a set of passive signals like geolocation, IP address, browser fingerprint, etc that are particularly useful in finding patterns. For instance, we’ve seen fraud rings centralized around specific location clusters.
As for trends across use cases, without getting into specific use cases, I’ll share an insight that may seem counterintuitive at first. Even when two customers share the same use case with the same set of verifications, the configuration of their flow is ultimately still different. Customer A may care more about fraud deterrence and thus require stricter fraud checks, whereas Customer B may care more about accurate extraction and thus require more fields to be extracted. Every customer has different needs.

Fight On! @vincent_tsao
That's both fascinating and somewhat counterintuitive, but can see how industry norms and compliance could play a bigger factor in determining what your customers' threshold for fraud deterrence measures ought to be. At some point, I'd love to pick your brain on other trends you've been seeing in the space!
