We sent a request for Production access on Monday. We also sent an email on Wednesday. But it still shows "Request for Production is currently Under Review".
Hi @garymlin, hard to compact our roadmap into a blurb 😅, but I’ll highlight a couple focus areas: build more checks to catch edge-case fraud, add more ways for customers to customize their flows in a self-serve manner, and add more functionality to the Dashboard to help customers continue automating all aspects of identity verification.

@ricksong Excellent, I would love to use this. Can you elaborate on how will you conduct authentication of Government IDs ? The most universal & biggest ID here is Aadhaar.
@kashfi_naaz Happy to expand on this! We run an extensive set of heuristic checks to check the validity of a submitted Government ID, including: image quality (e.g. glare, blur), digital image manipulation (e.g. tamper detection), extraction (e.g. check expiration date, validate issuer date rules), cross-verification comparisons (e.g. compare face portrait against live selfie), and security features (e.g. signature, visible face portrait, barcode, MRZ).
These checks can be configured to meet your risk tolerance, or used to flag submissions for manual review. We have a number of customers who already use us in India and we’re very familiar with Aadhaar and PAN cards 😃. Give us a try and feel free to reach out if you have more questions!
