@f_rosales I think these good reviews must be few and far between with very selective images posted to Social. We had an awful experience with a terrible Petsie delivered that looked nothing like our dog. From all the "Good reviews" I ordered our own... what a mistake. Terrible experience throughout the process, took longer than any of their estimates, poor communication, but most importantly our dog looks nothing like the pictures and explanations submitted. Just to be clear, this is a cheap "made in China" product. Literally, on the tag...Made in China! Not expected at all from a US based company at this expense. Luckily I can ask for them to remake it at a reduced cost. Then We can have another version that still doesn't look like it should. What a joke!

They designers don't even follow the photos that you send. The company is dishonest with poor communication. Break their own contacts.

If they had real people working on the product instead of elves ...because it is SOOOOOO SLOW! it’s been over a couple of months since I placed the order and I get regular updates and what would normally take a day or two to do for each process (choose fabric, cut fabric to size, designing, etc) takes them two weeks to do. If not elves, maybe they only have one person working one day a week. And I paid a decent amount for this product. Extremely disappointed that it’s taking so much time to finish. I hope this is not a scam.

Petsies made a lookalike plushie of my Pomsky Romeo and we love it so much!!!! The stuffed animal looks amazing, it could not have turned out better. The team at Petsies really made the process easy with email updates and quick communication. I will be getting a Romeo pillow and socks from Petsies soon haha

From the moment I placed the order I specially asked about eyelashes and a unique feature of my dog's eye but no one addressed it. I had to pay when the order was placed, so I had to trust the website about how "personalized" each Petsie is.) Each time they sent me a "proof" I asked for photos of the eyes and to talk to someone. Finally, someone responded that they don't put eyelashes on the Petsie and that they use standard eyes! After several attempts to communicate with the company about serious problems with my Petsie during the manufacturing process, I finally gave up and approved it. It arrived yesterday and is a hot mess. This was a total waste of nearly $300 bucks. I am trying to figure out how to actually speak with someone and will post that information if I ever get it. I would never even consider using the company unless you pay extra for the proofs and then are prepared to get nowhere.
