Pexo makes creating your launch video as simple as having a conversation. Share your product, website, or assets. It plans the story, chooses the right AI model for each task, generates and assembles the scenes, and handles voiceover, music, captions, motion graphics, and editing. Leave a comment or circle what you want changed, and Pexo makes the edit. You direct one agent from idea to a finished, on-brand launch video.
Over the past few months, the development side of shipping software has become ridiculously fast. With AI coding assistants, you can build a working web app or MVP in a weekend.
But the moment you need a 60-second video for your launch, marketing, or social announcement, everything hits a wall.
Over the past decade, I’ve built products for content creators. AI has completely changed how fast we can build software—we can now go from an idea to a working web app in just a few hours.
But when we needed a video—for a product launch, feature update, marketing campaign or social content—everything slowed down.
Producing something polished still meant spending a week editing it ourselves, hiring an expensive agency, or spending hours retrying complex prompts just to get usable footage from AI video tools.
That got us thinking: If we can already “vibe-code” entire products in plain language, why are we still manually keyframing product videos?
So we built Pexo—an autonomous AI video agent that puts a full production studio right in your chatbox:
Start with whatever you have: Share your product, website, or any assets. Pexo shapes the story, writes the script, chooses the right AI model for each step, then generates and assembles a cohesive final cut.
Edit by leaving comments: Click any frame, say what you want changed, and Pexo handles the edit. No timeline needed.
Get a finished, on-brand video: Pexo handles voiceover, music, captions, motion graphics, and the final edit—while keeping everything consistent with your brand.
Our goal is simple: let founders, marketers, and product teams focus on what they want to say instead of figuring out how to edit it.

I could see this working well for smaller feature announcements too.
@jack_mark8 That editing workload is a big reason we built Pexo. You can start with your product page and what you want to say, then shape the video through conversation.

Congrats on the launch! Can Pexo remember a brand’s style when creating videos for different launches?
@santiago_puig Yes! Pexo remembers your brand assets, preferred style, and feedback, so you have less to explain next time. You can also point it to a previous video and ask to carry that style into the next launch.
@khaildnaseem Yes! You can let Pexo propose the creative direction, or bring your own script and references. If you want more control, ask to review the script and storyboard before production starts.
@busmark_w_nika Yes! Upload a photo of yourself as a reference and ask Pexo to create a talking avatar for your explainer. If you’d like it to use your voice too, you can also provide around 30 seconds of clear speech.
Nice, what timing! I was looking for a tool like this, but since Opus 5.5 was released, I've found a solution. I'll compare the results from Claude + my knowledge base with Pexo! LFG
@lambertlcdb Would love to hear how the comparison goes! Try giving both the same brief and assets. You can also connect Pexo to Claude Code through our skill if you’d like to keep working there.

@vhim_jana Absolutely! Share what’s new, who it helps, and a screenshot or two. You can ask Pexo for a short video focused on that one update.
I have definitely put off making product videos because the editing felt like too much work.

Can creators control the level of automation?

minimalist phone: reduce your screentime
I like this whole concept. Can it also "scan" e.g. my look/appearance and I will be the narrator in the explainer video?
Pexo
@busmark_w_nika Yes! Upload a photo of yourself as a reference and ask Pexo to create a talking avatar for your explainer. If you’d like it to use your voice too, you can also provide around 30 seconds of clear speech.
