Pie

I'm digging the branding, @PieterPaul. I'm using Slack w/ the Product Hunt team. How does this compare to this and the many other team communication/collaboration apps? cc @tommoor from Sqwiggle P.S. I noticed @__tosh's essay, What Product Managers Can Learn from Starcraft, is mentioned in the product screenshots. :P

:D @PieterPaul are you planning to allow bots/services to post into pie as well or do you want to keep it human only (just curious)?

@__tosh relevant question as we were actually discussing this last week. At Pie we love Slack, we use it side-by-side with Pie. But because Pie has gradually taken over as our go-to chat app we mostly use Slack for deploying new versions with Hubot or catching up on Asana. We're planning similar integrations for Pie soon. Any favourites you would like to see? ;)

This looks interesting but I can imagine it being hard to convince companies to implement it, since they already have other chat tools. I got the gist from your website that it's to replace Slack or Hipchat, so how do you plan to address that?

Thank you for the kind words @clarklab ! Why ask your CTO for permission to use Pie? Just use it! ;) An open-ended bot service is something we're actually looking into now, so stay tuned!

Tried many and ended up with Slack for one single reason: Works like a charm on all screens. How's your mobile roadmap?

@peterpaul why do you guys post links on behalf of people who did not post links? Super sketchy, my team is asking me to shut down our account because they feel taken advantage of.
