It does all of the functions that we require for the business, including payroll, time clocks, tracking, coding of employee time, HR benefits, vacation and sick time, organizational forms, etc. Additionally, there are many things that we as a company simply don't use. For instance, some of our employees utilize the scheduling service Homebase, and Pitch N Hire may be integrated with Homebase to manage payroll. Since our previous method was cumbersome and challenging to use, Pitch N Hire's simplicity was a welcome change.

The best thing I have experienced using this platform is that it provides me with a good number of applicants for my job post and gives me suitable profiles. Here, we can easily interview the candidates and take assessments using the dashboard. Also, there are lots of options and filters to source the best talent from its database. It has multiple tracking features to maintain and organize the whole interview process. The customer service team is also effective.

Pitch N Hire appears to have it all: You can access all of your HR paperwork, sick and vacation time, timesheets, and much more. If you're a manager, you can even access your team. Additionally, there are features like integration with other HR programs that would be fantastic for our team if we utilised them, but that is more of an organizational issue. We made the switch from another HR tool that was absolutely unworkable, and we haven't looked back since.

Simple to use and the opportunity to select the appropriate tests from a broad variety with the capability to quickly invite prospects. Once the candidates were invited, it was quite simple to keep track of where each person was in the procedure. Not to mention, the software enables me to ask candidates for a video presentation in which they can answer a question or discuss a topic in more detail.

I like how easy it is to review applications and separate them into "yes", "no" and "maybe". This makes it much easier to keep track, especially when you have a high volume of candidates to review. It is also incredibly helpful that you can add your own questions as part of applying, which helps separate out candidates who do not meet your requirements.

With the use of video responses, we thought Pitch N Hire helped us weed out candidates we didn't need to persuade and helped us find the best candidates. There were a few test suites that were somewhat helpful, but we discovered that custom questions helped us achieve our goals more effectively. We were looking for more non-cognitive skills evaluations.

There aren't many ATS systems available in the market that offer complete process capability with just a click or two. The design is almost flawless, and hidden features that are active in the background will let you fully automate the hiring process. As a hiring manager or recruiter, tracking is wonderful since it allows you to quickly examine your pipeline and get all of the pertinent data. Your attendance rates and offer to hire time will dramatically decrease with additional integrations like onboarding and SMS.
