Most apps drown you in recipes; chatbots drown you in text. PlanEat AI turns your health data and food rules into one realistic weekly plan and a grouped shopping list, so you don’t have to prompt, copy-paste or build spreadsheets by hand. Set it up once and try the weekly flow with a free trial.

Wow, PlanEat AI looks amazing! Love that it creates a grocery list from my goals. Does it learn my taste preferences over time or is it mostly based on initial data input?
PlanEat AI
@jaydev13 The model does not learn over time yet, but this is only an MVP, so we will see what happens next.
Hey guys! Product idea looks great.
How long does it take to set up before the first plan and what data does PlanEat AI actually use to personalize plans??
PlanEat AI
@vladislav_georginskyi Up to 4 minutes, I think, but only the first time. We collect a lot of non-sensitive data: favorite cuisines, allergies, number of meals per day, disliked ingredients, and much more to provide a truly personalized plan.
PlanEat AI
@vladislav_georginskyi In addition to personalizing products and ingredients, you can enter your weight and height data and your goal (weight loss/gain), and the app will calculate your daily calorie intake based on your goal.

If I know what I typically cook, how does the app help me save my time? It feels like I'll spend more time tracking things in the app
PlanEat AI
@nikitaeverywhere PlanEat is designed to avoid tracking entirely. There is no daily logging, no calorie input, no “mark as eaten”.
If you already know what you cook, the time drain usually comes from weekly decisions: what to cook next, how to combine meals into a week, and what to buy so nothing is forgotten. PlanEat does that once per week. You set your preferences once, then just follow a ready plan and one shopping list.
Jinna.ai
Thanks for clarifying! What interaction with the app then should I expect? Once a week, select a desired menu? How to tell the app what food I have sold in my local store? (I guess there will be many things that it can offer but it's not available or vice versa)
PlanEat AI
@nikitaeverywhere You will spend a few minutes on the first generation because we need to collect information for full personalization. When you generate for the second or third time, you don't need to add any additional information, unless you want to change something yourself.
As for products, we ask for your location and try to take into account what local products are available there. But you can also add products that you don't like or that are not sold in your stores.
For example, I am currently living in Albania, and fish is cheaper than meat here, so I have excluded pork and veal, and most meat recipes for me are with chicken or fish.
In future updates, we will also integrate supermarkets for some countries.
Jinna.ai
@torianyk interesting! Thanks for answering, very valuable
Great app @torianyk. Do you plan to have pictures or videos of the steps of the cooking process?
PlanEat AI
@mykola_kovach Oh yes, I want to invite chefs from different countries to teach users how to cook their national dishes (adapted for healthy cuisine, of course).
Wow, PlanEat AI looks amazing! Love that it builds a grouped shopping list automatically. How does it handle recipe scaling for families with varied portion sizes?
PlanEat AI
@jaydev13 We don't have a family mode right now. So, for example, my wife and I indicate all our preferences and restrictions, and then we just make the portions twice as big.
Wow, PlanEat AI looks amazing! I love that it creates a weekly plan and grocery list instead of just random recipes. How well does it handle substitutions for dietary restrictions like nut allergies? Super cool!
PlanEat AI
@jaydev13 thank you Jay!
I've checked the restrictions a hundred times, so I'm almost certain that it won't cause you any problems if you don't want it to 😄

I'm so happy for you. You made it to the top and got featured on your third attempt. It must be really sweet for you!
Congrats
PlanEat AI
@chilarai Yes, thank you very much. A lot of effort went into this launch.
Swytchcode
@torianyk I'm sure it must have been pretty tough. But keep it up, you are doing really great!
PlanEat AI
@chilarai Thank you 🫶
