Hey PH friends! I was the lead builder on the Plug & Play revamp, and I'm having SO SO SO much fun reading your comments and reactions to what we've put together. Thank you, genuinely, for taking the time to check it out. It's always a cool experience to launch something you've built, but it's a thousand times more gratifying when your work allows people to make money doing what they love. I’ve been using this on my two newsletters for a while now and I’ve particularly found it a great way to give my secondary newsletter, MidRange, a boost. That has only 530ish subscribers these days and is intended as a low-stakes affair. For that audience it has given me a great way to monetize a smaller, but super passionate audience for my writing. I also use this on Tedium, which has around 12,000 subscribers—and I have to say, it excels at the very thing Swapstack always does—it offers a killer way to let me control my own destiny as a newsletter operator looking for sponsors. These guys do great work, as always!

Hi PH crew! I'm one of the makers of Swapstack and we had a BLAST building this. Massive kudos to our project lead @kellyclaus who kicked at least 3.2 butts while building this feature. Plug & Play is such a simple but effective tool for publishers that means they never need to EVER run a newsletter without a sponsor. While it is by no means the only option we provide to publishers, it is probably the simplest, and definitely the most guaranteed one. Let us know what questions you have, and we can't wait to rock out with you on PH launch day!
