maker here. the thing that started this was a shared grocery list that was really a screenshot of a notes app, sent back and forth, always one version behind. every to-do app I tried was built for one person and had sharing added later, so the moment two people touched the same list it fell apart or turned into a paid team plan. so Psst is built the other way round. a list is an invite. add the people it concerns and they see every change as it happens, with roles so the wrong edit cannot happen, comments on any item so decisions live next to the task, an activity feed, and presence so you can see who is on the list with you. all of that is in the free tier. it is not a crippled demo with the collaboration paywalled, because collaboration is the entire point of the app. it works fully offline and syncs when you are back, which matters more than it sounds when you are standing in a supermarket with no signal. being straight about where it is: it is early, and the review count reflects that. iOS, Android and web, no ads, no tracking, no selling data. I would rather hear that something is missing than have you be polite about it. what I am most curious about: if you share lists with someone today, what breaks first?
