Many of them get early traction and customers, and that's when the part starts where it needs to be figured out how to improve the product, acquisition, conversion, and retention. Understanding the 'why' behind all these requires asking users directly, in the moment. And over time, I noticed the same core questions being asked and relevant for SaaS products, at different stages of the user lifecycle:

This is a really neat idea.
Liked how you mapped feedback to different stages of the user journey instead of treating it as just one survey. Makes sense, people drop off for very different reasons at signup vs activation vs churn, and those nuances usually get missed.
The "quick setup" part stands out to me. Lot of tools are powerful but take effort to get right, so having something that’s ready to go with sensible defaults reduces the friction. In fact, i wast able to setup multiple surveys in couple of minutes. Perfect application of AI unlike those force fitted use cases.
I’m curious how flexible it gets once someone wants to go deeper, like tweaking triggers based on behavior or customizing questions beyond the standard set.

I’ve kept the starting point opinionated (the 6 lifecycle surveys), but there’s quite a bit of flexibility if you want to go deeper. You can control when surveys show based on behaviour including time on product, days since signup, or custom trigger points.
On the questions side, tool supports tweaking the existing ones or adding your own based on what you’re trying to learn. The idea is to give you a strong set of defaults to start with, and empower you as your needs evolve.
