Not to sure if this project was abandoned or if support is just not a thing with this comapny I used it for my business for about 7 months which worked great btw and now I have no way to properly close tickets due to an internal error on the web app. I tried contacting well over seven times via email but never once I received a response. Unfortunately it was a bad investment smh.

@angelina_motronenko Angelina, thanks for your questions! Answering on both your questions - it depends on how correctly you add information for ChatGPT. Unfortunately, we don't have option to set the tone - should it be friendly or formal. Emotions usually shows us it is bot or real person 😌
