@victoria_wu Thank you Viktoria! Great question, LLMs and AI system via RAG and other are really only good (In my experience) when the knowledge base is reliable to begin with. A needle and the haystack question here. A web look up would ruin the quality of answers and won't be citable with the same degree of trust. Especially in finance, data needs to be reliable and there is no margin for error, hence starting from data that is quiet literally signed by the CFOs of the companys' was a good starting point. What do you think how this differs with respect to finance or other industries

@victoria_wu Filings are the first place where all analysts/fund managers begin their journey in understanding a company, today fundamentally driven to get hard figures minutes after earnings. I can see us in the future expand to alternative data sources, social media, etc but that would be a social sentiment feature, away from core research.

@peytoncasper Great question, I see the best one are always highly specific and have great detail when querying. There is a slew of terms that can overlap, being specific to a metric, region, and a year or quarter usually yields the best results. Since we have CoT built in the quality is generally higher with basic questions, it's a constant improvement and we aim to keep exploring.
