Rafter gives homeowners a single, intelligent view of their home. It analyzes insurance policies to surface coverage gaps and recommendations before a claim. It flags risks, and updates as you resolve issues. Upload receipts or warranties and it auto-extracts details, links them to the right appliance, and keeps documents organized. Stay ahead with maintenance reminders tailored to your home's age and history, and track appreciation, investments, and net return.

Most home products help you buy a home.. none of them help you actually protect it.
I learned that the hard way!
A few months ago my apartment flooded. And all of a sudden I had to figure out insurance claims, inventory lists, receipts, contractors, remediation. Everything was scattered and manual and honestly pretty overwhelming. I ended up finding out that insurance had some "gotchas" that reduced my claim reimbursement.
It felt crazy that there wasn’t something that just handled this, so I started building Rafter.
It’s basically the system I wish I had before anything went wrong. One place for everything about your home. Your inventory, appliances, insurance, maintenance, documents. It keeps things organized, but more importantly it helps you actually use that information when you need it. There's insurance features that help you flag where you're underinsured or overpaying, as well as many other smart features to help you understand where your home might be at risk.
So instead of scrambling, you already know:
what you own
what you’re covered for
what to do next
It’s still early, but even now it’s made me feel way more in control of my home. Can't wait to get feedback!
