Congratulations on the launch🎉
The easy setup is impressive, and the integration with various payment systems is a significant plus. It's great to see a tool that effectively addresses the intricate needs of finance management with such clarity and efficiency!
As a business owner, I'm always on the lookout for efficient billing and subscription management systems. Rainex sounds promising, but I'm curious about its reporting capabilities. Can it provide detailed analytics to help me track revenue, churn rate, and customer retention? Having this data would be invaluable for making informed business decisions. Looking forward to exploring Rainex!
Congratulations Team on the launch 🚀
I'm impressed! Rainex looks like a game changer for SaaS projects. Could you share more information about add-ons and charges?
@sana_ismail Hi! Thanks for the question. Depending on the type of service or product, you can create additional items that will be attached to a subscription and receive recurring payments for them (addons) or will be one-time payments. The latter are represented in Rainex by two methods: chargers for subscriptions or Single Payments for customers without subscriptions.
@ilya_mazitov thanks for the clarification. The primary approach seems really promising.

@aashish_peepra Thank you for your support! Rainex has 3 options of taxes determination: 1) you may apply tax rules set up by default. 2) you may customize your own tax rules, 3) you may apply both variants. There are 4 parameters, which define VAT rate:
- customer’s country
- product country
- type of product - digital or non-digital
- status of customer (business entity or individual)
Combining these parameters according to internation legislattion Rainex provides you with up-to-date tax rules and tax compliance.
