Launch Team

Hi everyone, I'm Abhi. I handle product marketing at readywhen.
We've just gone live and the whole team is buzzing. Inky, our octopus, says hi!
Give it a try: hand it the thing you've been putting off all week and see what comes back. Then tell us how it went, we'd love to hear it.
Cheers!
Hey PH fam 👋
The best AI assistant is the one you don't have to remember to open. readywhen lives on WhatsApp, so you just text, call or voice-note it between meetings and it drafts proposals, triages your inbox, audits subscriptions and books things on your calendar, with nothing going out without your OK. Free during the beta, and Sancar and the team are here all day 🙌
Would love for you to check it out and share feedback here with the team.
@thisiskp_ Thank you for the hunt! My favourite thing to do with it is call it while I’m walking and just dump everything on my mind. Give it a go, it’s a bit addictive.
Good luck with the launch! Good move on Whatsapp.
@okuiux Thanks so much! WhatsApp felt like the obvious home for it, since that’s where most founders already spend half their day.
the follow-ups slipping on the walk between meetings is a real thing. when you voice-note it a promise, does it put a due date on the board by itself?
@neerajnathany Yes! If you say a day, like “send Tom the pricing by Thursday”, it uses that. If you don’t, it works out a sensible date from the context and puts that on the board.
Congrats on the launch! Love that it catches the "I'll send it by Friday" stuff before I forget. Curious, how does it decide what's actually important vs. what can wait? Excited to try the beta.
@suryansh_tiwari2 Thank you! It gets to know your business properly: your goals, your projects, your biggest customers and the people you work with most. So when a few things are waiting, it looks at who’s waiting and how soon, then weighs them the way you would. Hope you enjoy giving it a go!
A voice note for the task and a project board to see where it stands is a sensible combination. Keeping approval before anything gets sent would make me more comfortable handing over client work.
@oleksii_sekundant Thank you, that’s exactly how we think about it. Nothing goes out until you say so. Every reply, chase and change waits for your OK!
What’s the first thing you’d hand over?
Voice noting a task to a number that actually owns a computer and a project board is the little shift I wanted, because every other assistant still just takes notes instead of doing the thing.
@karimbenkeroum That’s exactly the gap we wanted to close. Taking notes is easy. The hard part is someone actually picking the task up and getting it done. Send it a voice note, and it goes off and does the work on its own computer, then comes back to you when it’s ready.
What’s the first thing you’d throw at it?
