very interesting! im curious how you manage bias in the "screening" dataset? i read `weapons of math destruction` a while ago and it made me skeptical of automated screening. How do you think about this?

@catt_marroll Our screening process is not AI-based or reliant on pre-existing datasets. Instead, we perform direct verification of each tenant’s ID, income, credit, and assets to ensure accurate and trustworthy screening.
