No support, do not work in the end, not so sure about this good reviews over here, I'm start to think it´s a scheme, I will wait more 10 hours because they inform they can take 24hs to REPLY a message, not to give a solution so if you are willing to pay for a 'todays" need, never mind, it´s not safe, if you have time, maybe. I will let you know if I receive some reply or solution until tomorrow morning.

Cons:After I pay none was downloaded, I sent two requests of support during the day and no reply or solution but the money was taken quickly.
I bought the service. first month was alright. After second month was automatically paid I was logged out from my acc. and tried to get their customer service to help me, but it was to no avail. Conclusion: paid for a service, that had no online support and could not retrieve my data or my money back!

Very cheap fee for first 7 days to be able to download the CV i made. After thqt automatic charges made to my bank account. Worst service I have ever seen. Wouldn't recommend even if my life depended on it.

I can't recommend a service that isn't reliable. I lost my cover letter last night, messsaged support and still haven't heard anything. My resume was still there. Now that I logged back in, now my resumé is gone too.
Pros:Interface was great and it was super easy and enjoyable to use.
Cons:I've now lost both my cover letter and resumé somehow. They're both just blank.
