I like your deep context approach. But I'm curious how do you handle filtering between internal and external data with tools like Slack or Linear. How does Revo ensure it doesn't accidentally draft a reply using internal-only context (for example private team comments on a Jira ticket) that shouldn't be shared with the client or other team?

We handle this using what we call Adaptive Security Controls. Revo doesn't just 'see' everything; it respects the existing Role-Based Access and permissions of your connected tools.
Here is how we ensure internal data stays internal:
Permission Mapping: Revo inherits the permissions of the user drafting the email. If a team member doesn't have access to a private Slack channel or 'Internal Only' Jira comments, Revo can't use that data for their drafts.
Gap Detection & Source Links: Every draft includes a 'Based on sources' footer. If Revo is unsure if a piece of internal context is appropriate for an external reply, our Gap Detection highlights it for your review rather than blindly including it.
Environment Safeguards: You can define granular workspace rules that prevent sensitive data flow from internal-only modules into external-facing drafts.
Our goal is to give you 'perfect memory' without the risk of oversharing.

Personal integrations are all integrations needed to make the email assistant work optimally (Gmail / Outlook / GCal / Outlook Calendar and Fireflies / Zoom / Fathom / tl:dv / Gong (for calls only)).
On the collaborative plan you have access to all integrations (see revo.ai/integrations) and your team context (email / meetings / chats like Slack / Teams) helps draft better emails while respecting user privacy!
That's kind of what I figured in terms of the list, and I would 100% want Slack and Jira included. But if I were to do that for one license, I'd be paying $100 a month, no?

So I was kind of sceptical because context is everything and usually AI is bad at context.
I just tried and it seems to be working really well, even on internal issues. The context discovery and immediate response has worked so far every time (after 2 hours) Looking forward to check in the next few days, and congrats, because if it delivers the ful promise over time, it's the next big thing!

For us, the concrete switching threshold is trust. A 'nice helper' drafts a polite email you still have to fact-check; a daily-rely tool drafts a factual reply you only have to verify.
We measure this shift through three key metrics:
Editing Time: Our north star is reducing the time between opening a draft and hitting send to near zero.
Context Density: We track how many 'truth' signals (Slack, Jira, Meeting notes) are integrated into each draft without you providing them.
Action Rate: We monitor how often users let Revo handle the 'to-dos' after the email, like updating a ticket or scheduling a meeting.
When users stop hunting for info in other tabs and start relying on the 'Based on X sources' footer, we know we've crossed that threshold 😁
I'm in love with the email drafting feature ! It gets the context around the conversation right nearly everytime and all I need to do is hit send. If I'm not 100% satisfied with a draft, I edit it quickly before sending and still save a huge amount of time. I can't count the amount of emails I dreaded to reply, but now that dread is gone.
