So this "financial operating system" is aiming to be a one-stop-shop for e-commerce, but I wonder how it stack up against established services that specialize in each features, like won't users find it tough to switch from platforms they’re used to and trust
I’m curious about how well the analytics functionality works compared to dedicated tools, does the chargeback protection actually cover all scenarios or is it limited, more details would be helpful, and maybe consider adding some unique features that aren’t covered by other platforms to set it apart

So this new financial platform for e-commerce kinda looks like a mashup of services that already exist like Stripe, Xero, and Klarna, and it feels like just another addition to the crowded fintech space, I'm worried it's yet another tool that promises to save time and money but ends up being more complicated to manage, especially for small businesses who might just need one or two of these features and find the rest to be overkill, I get the idea behind it but is it really solving a problem or just creating more work

Looks like another financial platform for e-commerce, haven’t we seen tons of these already with platforms like Stripe and Square taking the lead, what makes this unique, it offers quite a few features but will businesses need all of these or is this just feature overload, have you considered focusing on the core needs of small businesses first and maybe rolling out the extra stuff later, interested to see how it handles real user scenarios and quirks cause these things can seem great on paper but execution is everything
Congrats on the launch, @skabir8! Ruby's all-in-one approach to financial management for e-commerce businesses is impressive. The automated chargeback resolution and real-time analytics features are particularly intriguing. How does Ruby handle data security, especially with sensitive financial information? Looking forward to exploring this platform further!
Looks really promising! The integration of so many financial tools into one platform is exactly what e-commerce businesses need. How does Ruby handle data from multiple sources? Can it sync with platforms like Shopify and Amazon seamlessly? Congrats on the launch!
