What's great

Rumi has Meeting Memory which I can talk to and it helps me search through and organize all my meeting notes. I can even ask for things like "Turn my last meeting into a short LinkedIn post" and it does a fantastic job of picking up the right / key details.

They also have a Slack integration, which is very handy since we have a channel that can inform other team mates who want to follow what happened in the meeting automatically by sharing the notes on Slack.

For anyone who has remote teams and spends time in online meetings, I would highly recommend Rumi AI.

What needs improvement

A very minor design suggestion: The fonts on the mobile version of the website could be larger to help older people.

The organization, searchability and actionability of meeting notes is much better in Rumi AI.

What's great

Rumi's meeting memory is great, across both your own meetings and public meetings in your business. It takes away the mental load of tracking discussions, actions and receiving additional meeting notes. It's all there to self serve.

We have also implemented a number of Xrays in our business which scours a number of our different platforms eg Slack, Jira, Github to summarise key issues / problems / activities occurring across the business the previous day and delivers a concise summary to my email box every day. Fantastic for efficiency in a fast moving business.

What needs improvement

I'd love Rumi to keep the actual meeting name of the meeting when sending meeting summaries. It has a tendency to make up its own meeting name

Unbelievably simple to get going and the quality of the output is exceptional compared to the alternatives (and I've tried them all). I'm completing maybe 10 meetings per day most days and so it's critical for me and my teams productivity.

straight 🔥 - incredibly flexible and easy to use - I love the timed concept and the integration with Slack is just ridiculously cool. Next, I'd love to see an integration with a payment processing platform (Stripe, PayPal, etc) for paid consultations.

I have discovered Waitroom after receiving the notice that I was in. What a great platform powered with AI, it's phenomenal. I really linked the onboarding and how easy and fast it is to create a meeting, add participants and set all parameters. Interface is clean and smooth. The AI summary is excellent. Well done and congrats Waitroom team ! Let us know about your pricing plan when available, I hope it will remain accessible with AI feature as often pricing for such platforms can be afforded by solopreneurs.

This looks exciting! can’t wait to try it. Our daily meetings wend from standups to sit downs with a cup of coffee and and get comfortable becouse this is gonna take some time. Despite all the agreements to keep it short and not go too into detail people like to talk, and then i have to be the old man yelling at the cloud saying ‘could we schedule a meeting for later to talk about this’ or ‘this looks a bit too detailed for standup’ and i don’t like saying that - and im sure no one likes to hear it. So something like Waitroom where you have a time slot and it changes to the next person when the time runs out sounds like the thing we need to try. signing up!

Rumi has proven to be an excellent support tool for our leadership team, particularly in tracking and analysing our meetings. As a fully distributed organisation, all of our meetings are held online, and Rumi enables us to maintain momentum without the need for endless follow-up discussions.

More recently, the Xray feature has been especially valuable, delivering timely updates on key topics of interest. Its high level of customisation ensures that the insights provided are directly relevant to our needs, which has been both impressive and impactful.

No more scrambling to take notes or chasing people for cross-functional updates. Rumi.ai automatically captures our meeting notes and delivers a daily snapshot of what’s happening across the business - marketing, engineering, operations, legal/risk and more. I also love how it detects action items and assigns them to the right owners in Asana without us lifting a finger.

The Xray feature is BRIlLIANT - being able to customise what you want to track or be kept in the loop on makes it genuinely useful.

I love that it doesn’t interrupt your workflow.. You just go about your day and barely notice Rumi is there. Seamless, a real time-saver, and thoughtfully crafted. Well done, team!!

Waitroom actually improves online meetings, and our people like the timed interfaces, and being off camera when not speaking. This is a level up from other video meeting tools.
