SaleSmartly
Hi everyone, I’m Jia, the founder of SaleSmartly.👋
Over the past few years, I’ve been working closely with businesses serving customers across different markets. I kept seeing the same challenge: customer conversations were spreading across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels, making it harder for teams to keep track of leads, respond quickly, and build lasting customer relationships.
That’s why we built SaleSmartly.🚀
We started with a simple idea: bring every customer conversation into one place.💬
Today, SaleSmartly combines omnichannel inbox, CRM, automation, and AI to help businesses capture leads, manage conversations, automate repetitive work, and turn customer interactions into real business growth.
As we worked with more customers, their feedback pushed us beyond simply managing messages. They wanted AI to handle more conversations, smarter automation across the customer journey, and better ways to understand and convert their leads.
That feedback is shaping our roadmap for the years ahead.✨
We’re building toward a more intelligent customer engagement platform where AI Agents and human teams work together, conversations can trigger automated workflows, and customer data can be connected across the entire journey—from the first interaction to conversion and retention.🤖🤝
Our goal is simple:
Help businesses turn every customer conversation into an opportunity for growth.📈
We’re excited to share SaleSmartly with the Product Hunt community.🧡

Thanks for being here!
The CRM connection could help a team follow up based on previous needs instead of sending generic messages.
SaleSmartly
@andy2026 That’s exactly the use case we had in mind. SaleSmartly keeps conversation history, customer details, and tags together, so a follow-up can reflect what someone actually asked about instead of feeling like a generic message. Thanks for highlighting the CRM side of the product!
Can different teammates be assigned to specific channels or types of inquiries?
SaleSmartly
@domenic_yang Yes, Dominic. You can set which channels each teammate handles, then use routing rules to assign conversations based on what the customer needs. For example, a sales inquiry can go to one teammate and a support question to another. You can also reassign a conversation manually when needed.
Can we assign specific chat routing rules to sales reps based on language or channel source?
SaleSmartly
@joseph_collins2 Yes, Joseph. You can set this up in SaleSmartly’s visual workflow builder: choose the channel or check the visitor’s language, then route the conversation to a specific sales rep. For example, WhatsApp leads could go to one teammate, while Spanish-language inquiries go to a Spanish-speaking rep.
Can the AI qualify leads based on custom questions or business rules?
SaleSmartly
@austinphillips Yes, Austin. You can tailor the qualification flow to your sales process: ask the questions that matter to your team, then use AI intent detection and workflow rules to tag or route the lead. For example, someone asking about bulk pricing can be sent to a sales rep, while a routine question stays with the AI.
The combination of live chat and social messaging feels more realistic than treating each channel separately.
SaleSmartly
@wys1010 Exactly. Customers don’t think of website chat and social DMs as separate conversations, so teams need a way to manage both without jumping between inboxes. That’s why we brought live chat and social messaging into one workspace. Thanks for picking up on this!

The unified inbox is the feature that catches my eye. Switching between social accounts can consume more time than the replies themselves.
SaleSmartly
@anthony_cai Exactly. Switching between accounts sounds minor until you’re doing it all day. Bringing those messages into one inbox was one of the first things we wanted to solve. Thanks for calling it out, Anthony!
