@uxnouri Hi, Khalid! Your demo looks so promising, great job. What are your main advantages over Zendex for example?
Thanks so much, Aleksandr! @alekstret
Great question. Sellio is built for small support teams (2 to 20 people), so the main differences are:
Priced per workspace, not per agent. Five people on Zendesk Suite Team is about $275 a month. On Sellio it's $45 a month for the whole workspace, and there's a free plan to start.
AI you can predict. Zendesk charges for each AI resolution on top of seats. Sellio's AI agent runs on an included credit with daily and monthly limits you set, so there are no surprise bills.
Every channel in one inbox. Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email are included from our first paid plan, not as an upgrade.
Live in an afternoon. Add one script tag, connect your channels and invite your team. No implementation project needed.
To be fair, if you need a phone contact center or enterprise compliance like HIPAA, Zendesk is still the stronger choice. But for a small team that wants everything in one place at a fair price, that's exactly why I built Sellio.
Happy to give you a quick tour if you'd like to try it.
@uxnouri Thanks, I got it, maybe later I will try it for my product
@alekstret Sounds great, Aleksandr! There's a free plan with no card needed, so you can try it whenever you're ready.
Like it!!! It looks simple but powerful. I'm sure many founders will take the most of it
Thank you, Germán! "Simple but powerful" is exactly what we were aiming for. Founders shouldn't need a big setup just to answer their customers. Would love to hear what you think if you give it a try!
the credit-based pricing with daily/monthly limits is honest compared to per-resolution billing, but it creates a failure mode the Zendesk comparison doesn't mention - what happens to a customer mid-conversation when the workspace hits its daily AI limit? does it degrade gracefully to a "a human will reply soon" message, or does the AI just go quiet without the customer knowing why. we run into a version of this at Dial with voice agents and rate limits, and the silent-failure version is much worse for trust than just being upfront that you're out of AI budget for the day
@galdayan Great point! We're making sure customers never get left hanging. When AI limits are reached, conversations can still be handled by human agents. Transparency is important, and we'll keep improving how we communicate these limits to both teams and customers. Appreciate the feedback!
@uxnouri appreciate the reply, but that's the part I'd push on - "can still be handled by human agents" only works if someone's watching the queue in real time. does the handoff get flagged to a human the moment the AI limit hits, or does it just sit in the shared inbox like any other message until a human happens to scroll past it? that difference is basically the difference between graceful and silent
Yep, totally fair point. The handoff should be explicit, not passive.
When the AI limit is reached, the conversation is immediately flagged for human attention in the inbox so it doesn’t silently sit there waiting to be discovered. We’re also working on making that state even clearer for both the team and the customer.
