Serra is a GPT-powered search engine for recruiters. Instead of manually selecting keywords and reviewing candidates one by one, recruiters can search in plain English and instantly see the best matches, with all their research done for them.

@sentry_co Hey Andre, for saving your search results, we have saved lists straight in Serra and we also integrate with your ATS!

Hey Alan, love the concept behind Serra! Just wondering, does it require any specific setup or integration on our end to get started? Also, how customizable are the search filters.
@alexanderwilliamhawkins Hey Alexander, nope just a Google account and search away! ATS integration is also available on our Business plan. Search filters are extremely customizable, even after auto generation! One filter that we're working on pushing is an Open to Work in the next week.

Congrats on Serra’s launch! 🎉 Making recruiting easier with GPT-powered searches is brilliant. How customizable are the keyword filters that get auto-generated?
@viktor_surkov Thank you! We're doing a combination of a few third-party data providers as well as having our own streaming pipelines set up to augment that data.

Love the AI approach to recruiting. The industry is overdue for this shift - we've screened over 100,000 resumes and found that 80% of applicants don't even meet half the basic requirements. The more tools that help recruiters focus on the right candidates instead of drowning in volume, the better for everyone.
