@mvanhorn great question - there's a ton of software behind what we're doing. Each day, the ratio of software:humans goes a little more in favor of the software. I believe we will get to a point where we can solve most common customer service issues in an automated way, which is great for both the consumer and the business.
@aaran_mcguire yes - we handle customer service issues for you. So, if your flight is delayed 5 hours, or your cable company is over billing you, or Amazon hasn't issued the refund they owe you, etc... instead of wasting your time calling them and waiting on hold, you simply tell us what happened (in under a minute!) and we handle the issue for you, on your behalf, for free. We take all legit issues and with with any company (except governments) to broker fair resolutions.
Really love what you guys are building. Clearly this saves my time as a user but if I have a high stakes issue how can I be sure you guys will get a good of a result as I might get myself?
@joefernandez Joe, we completely understand the intensity around "high stakes" issues. With Service, you're likely in better hands than your own. Here's why - you only have the benefit of your own experience, whereas we have the benefit of thousands of experiences. We have professionals who negotiate fair resolutions between businesses and consumers every day - in other words, they're pros. Lastly, we have the benefit of our software, which helps us find the most efficient and fair resolution for any issue and with any business.
@sir great question, Sam. We are starting to work with businesses, and already we're able to help them reduce their customer service costs and increase satisfaction among their customers. We have ambitious plans to make this common place with most companies in the future.

Can you help me with airline issues ? Are the Airlines receptive to having you resolve poor customer service?
@marcy Yes, airlines are our biggest single vertical. I think in the day and age of social media airlines are interested in anything that can make consumers happy so they avoid tweet storms!
