How do you make money or plan on making money? My "too good to be true" alarm is going off :)
@timdorr hey Tim - we currently don't make money, we are only 6 months old.. but we are learning a ton. Once our software matures a bit (which will allow us to scale), we have a sufficient user base and we understand our value proposition to both consumers and businesses, we'll turn on monetization.

I love Service! Question: can Service help with insurance disputes?
@boreta good question! most commonly we're dealing with travel issues... flight delays, cancellations, lost bags, hotel room stuff, etc. second most common are telecommunication companies (Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.), and third are retail companies like department stores and Amazon.com.

Are there any specific verticals you are or are not planning to focus on going forward?
@jstrauss in general, we're focusing on everything except for government. Our software is most optimized today for travel since that's the largest single vertical we deal with. We are also most optimized for the US and the UK, our #1 and #2 countries.

Congrats for the app launch. Any specific reason it's iOS9 only?
@urilevanon iOS9 provides the greatest flexibility and also the majority of iOS users are already on it (and it's a free upgrade, so no real reason not to!)
